At VIVALOVEEDA MATI, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. TERMS OF SERVICE
All orders will be processed and shipped out within the time frame allocated to your order, depending on the shipping method you choose on item(s) checkout. Items will be shipped out within 7 business days after payment is verified, Monday – Friday 10am - 4pm (Except for those products that are out of stock, and all payments will be refunded - READ BELOW).
Orders placed after 9 AM EST on Friday will be processed the following business day, which is Monday.
Note: Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
All orders to be shipped will be provided with a tracking number and delivery confirmation.
If a merchandise is out of stock, then you will be notified via email with three (3) options:
1. Replace the out of stock merchandise for merchandise that are in stock, and any difference in costs will be calculated and updated.
2. Receive a refund on the out of stock merchandise, and process the order with the merchandise that are in stock, and any difference in costs will be calculated and updated.
3. Cancel your order and receive a full refund, including all shipping and handling charges.
Free shipping applies to all orders up to or above C$500 within Canada and internationally.
Please note that delivery time estimates are calculated from the day the parcel is shipped, not the day that the order is placed. For wholesale and custom order, please contact us via email at vivaloveedamati@gmail.com.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
All VIVALOVEEDA MATI Wigs, Weaves and Styling tools must be shipped and received back within 7 business days from the delivery date. All hairs regardless of style must return back in its original state, lace on wigs must be intact and not cut off or damaged, weave bundles must remain bundled up and free from any shedding.
There will be a $9.99 flat rate shipping fee for all returns and a $2 restocking fee per items returned. After we receive and inspect the product within the time-frame stated above, a full refund with deductibles included (charged to refund amount) will be issued to your original form of payment if no issues are found.
Items that are returned and violates the above stated policy will only receive a partial refund and that may vary depending on the severity of the damage.
Note that all sale items or items purchased at a discounted price are final sale and do not fall under the return/refund policy.
We take pride in offering you a product that is unmatched in value and durability. With that being said, a store credit may be offered in exchange for a different product or to be utilized at a later time.
