Terms of Service

At VIVALOVEEDA MATI, we want to ensure that our customers have the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That is why we believe our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you will find a list of all our policies. If you can't find the information you're looking for, please do not hesitate to contact us today.

All orders will be processed and shipped out within the time frame allocated to your order, depending on the shipping method you choose on item(s) checkout. Items will be shipped out within 7 business days after payment is verified, Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm (Except for those products that are out of stock, and all payments will be refunded - READ shipping, refund and returns for more details. Orders placed after 9 AM EST on Friday will be processed the following business day, which is Monday.

Note: Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. 

All orders to be shipped will be provided with a tracking number and delivery confirmation. If a merchandise is out of stock, then you will be notified via email with three (3) options:

1. Replace the out of stock merchandise for merchandise that are in stock, and any difference in costs will be calculated and updated.

2. Receive a refund on the out of stock merchandise, and process the order with the merchandise that are in stock, and any difference in costs will be calculated and updated.

3. Cancel your order and receive a full refund, including all shipping and handling charges.

Free shipping applies to all orders up to or above C$1000 within Canada and internationally. Please note that delivery time estimates are calculated from the day the parcel is shipped, not the day that the order is placed. This privacy & Security policy details the information that VIVALOVEEDA MATI collects, how we use the information, and how we protect it. We never share, sell or disclose user's personal information without their permission.

Note that all wholesale response may take up to 48 hours depending on the season or volume of inquiries at hand, but we will do our best to respond as soon as we can.

When you purchase VIVALOVEEDA MATI products or services, we save the information about the transaction. This includes your payment information, meaning credit card, debit card or electronic payment information. It also includes other account and authentication, billing, shipping and contact information.

Depending on the permissions you grant, we gather information pertaining to the computers, phones or other devices where you install, or from which you access our products or services. This allows us to ensure stable usage of our products or services. Device information we collect includes;

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

- Can I get my order the next day?

Unfortunately, that would be impossible as we have orders processed and customized in the factory before shipping except for those items readily available, and even so it will take at least 3-5 business day to be delivered using our priority shipping option.

- Can I modify or cancel my order once it is placed?

As soon as an order goes through, it cannot be edited or canceled. We advise you review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase to ensure all items, quantities, and order information are correct.

 

- Can we order items internationally?

Absolutely! VIVALOVEEDA MATI products ship internationally. Depending on your location, shipping might be faster or take a few extra days.  However, a tracking number with carrier information will be emailed to you once the order ships.

 

- Can I place an order for an out-of-stock item?

Yes! you can. All you need to do is send us an email (vivaloveedamati@gmail.com) for preorder with a screenshot of the item you would like to purchase and one of our reps will be happy to take your order. You can also chat with us LIVE via the site or send us a direct message on our instagram or TikTok page.

- How do I log in if I forget my password?

Simply click on the "Forgot Your Password" button below the log in and follow all the necessary instructions to reset your password. Note that passwords are case-sensitive, so we advise that you document it somewhere only you have access to.
