All VIVALOVEEDA MATI wigs, weaves and styling tools must be shipped and received back within 7 business days from the delivery date. All hairs regardless of style must return back in its original state, lace on wigs must be intact and not cut off or damaged, weave bundles must remain bundled up and free from any shedding or smell.

There will be a $9.99 flat rate shipping fee for all returns and a $2 restocking fee per items returned. After we receive and inspect product within the time-frame stated above, a full refund with deductibles included (charged to refund amount) will be issued to your original form of payment if no issues are found.

​Items that are returned and violates the above stated policy will only receive a partial refund and that may vary depending on the severity of damage. Note that all sale items or items purchased at a discounted price are final sale and do not fall under the refund/return policy.
